By creating a seller account or listing an item on Fanatics Live, you agree to comply with: * These Seller Guidelines * Our [Community Guidelines](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/community-guidelines-H1o0VyvWWg) * Our [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe) Violating any of these, as determined at our sole discretion, may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or other restrictions.**Seller eligibility**  To sell on Fanatics Live, you must: * Be 18 years or older * Be a legal resident of the United States * Remain in good financial standing with Fanatics Collectibles (if you’re an authorized Fanatics Collectibles seller) * Agree to and comply with our [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe), [Community Guidelines](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/community-guidelines-H1o0VyvWWg), and these Seller Guidelines ## **Auction policy** Fanatics Live permits Sellers to run auctions on our platform subject to this Auctions Policy and our [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe). With respect to an auction, in the event of any conflict between this Auction Policy and our Terms of Use, this Auction Policy will control. BY ACCESSING AND USING OUR PLATFORM FOR AUCTIONS, INCLUDING PLACING A BID OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN AN AUCTION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY OUR [TERMS OF USE](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe) AND THIS AUCTION POLICY. Please read the Live [Auction Policy](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/auction-policy-SkLaEkDbbg) in it's entirety.  ## **Breaking broadcast requirements** * ****Live Stream Cameras and microphone:**** To mitigate the opportunity for fraud and to ensure accuracy, you are required to install one microphone and at least three cameras, including one face camera, one card camera, and one security camera, connected to the Fanatics Live database, during all live-stream filming. * ****Security Cameras:**** To mitigate the opportunity for fraud and to ensure accuracy, you are required to install security cameras over every sorting, shipping and fulfillment station recording 24/7 and maintain the security camera backup for six months. * ****Content Descriptions:****  You will not be able to hit the “go live” button unless the content description is submitted either in advance and accessible to the Fans through the information button on the platform. Break descriptions must include: the year, set, manufacturer, and league. * ****Personal Behavior:**** You are responsible for all behavior related to the live streams, including violations of [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe) and [Community Guidelines](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/community-guidelines-H1o0VyvWWg). This applies to you as the account holder as well as to your on-air talent, guests and employees. ## **Breaking** In order to grow a strong community and to encourage a good fan experience, we have certain requirements for breaks and may prohibit certain kinds of breaks or components sometimes found in breaks on other platforms. You should familiarize yourself with the following requirements: * During the live stream, a breaker _****must**** be_ present on camera at all times. _Exception: A breaker may step away from being live on air for brief personal reasons, such as a medical emergency or urgent technical issue, but must return as soon as possible. _ * All products must be opened during the live stream, with the exception of “personals” that a fan specifies to be fulfilled directly to them. * All fans who buy into a break ****_must_**** receive trading cards regardless of break format. * Sellers may not engage filler mechanisms of any kind. * Discounting and bundling is allowed but may be subject to additional requirements, and conditions. * Sellers may not cancel auctions and end listings early in order to avoid selling an item that did not meet a desired sale price. _Exceptions: Fanatics Live platform goes down, seller's power is compromised, if they accidentally post incorrect pricing, or the auction is not otherwise capable of being run as planned as a result of something outside the seller's control. Seller should contact Fanatics Live immediately. _ * Sellers may not cancel pre-sale breaks if it does not fill. The break must be moved and every participant, who made a purchase, must be notified of the change immediately. _Exceptions: Fanatics Live platform goes down, seller's power is compromised, if they accidentally post incorrect pricing, or the auction is not otherwise capable of being run as planned as a result of something outside the seller's control. Seller should contact Fanatics Live immediately. _ * All breaks shall be conducted in compliance with Fanatics Live's [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe), including these Seller Guidelines, as detailed further below.  ## **Mystery boxes and repacks** Mystery boxes and repacks are permitted on the Fanatics Live so long as: * All mystery boxes and repacks are opened and shown during the live stream.  * You publish all required information from the manufacturer of repacks including high/low, average price and checklist for the serialization of the mystery box/re-pack being offered. This information can be linked to the manufacturer’s website.  _Sellers found to be abusing mystery boxes to manipulate bids may be banned from the Platform. _ ## **Gambling** Fanatics Live prohibits gambling on its Platform and Sellers are prohibited from using the Platform to engage in or to facilitate gambling. Accordingly, Duck Races, Spins, Rolls, Raffles, Roulette Wheels, and third-party randomized results are not permitted on Fanatics Live.   ## **Shill bidding** Shill bidding, which involves artificially inflating bids or creating false bidding activity to deceive or mislead other users is strictly prohibited. You must not engage in any activity that manipulates the bidding process, such as retracting bids with the intent to influence the final outcome or artificially increase or decrease the prices. You are prohibited from bidding, directly or indirectly, on your own items or conspire with others to boost bids. ## **Manipulate breaks** You and your family members or members of your household, employees are not allowed to enter breaks they are facilitating on their own account. ## **Honesty regarding price and condition** * ****Price:**** Never inflate or deflate the market value of an item, especially mystery packs and other compilations. If you cite the value of an item, be prepared to back it up with real data on comparable market prices. We may ask for proof of estimated value. Failure to provide proof of estimated values may lead to order cancellation, fan refunds, account suspension and banning. * ****Condition:**** _Be truthful about the condition of the item you are selling_ ## **Giveaway policy** Fanatics Live permits Sellers to run giveaways on our platform subject to our [Promotions Policy](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/fanatics-live-seller-promotions-policy-rJUnqNIRx) and our [Terms of Use](https://support.fanatics.live/en_us/terms-of-use-S14XNhkvZe).
