Fan protection is Fanatic Live’s promise that we will intervene in disputes between Fans and Sellers to rectify issues when the Seller failed to act adequately to resolve the dispute. Should a refund be required, successful claims will have the full purchase price and shipping amount refunded directly from Fanatics Live.

After a decision is made in the Fan’s favor, Fanatics Live takes responsibility for recovering funds from the Seller.  The Fan is absolved of any further connection with the transaction or obligation to the Seller.
