Can I cancel my order?

My order is damaged?
Please contact the seller. Include clear photos of the damage and/or any packaging. Sellers fulfill and ship from their own facilities. They will work with you directly to make it right.
My order has not shipped?
Please contact the seller. Sellers fulfill and ship from their own facilities. They will have up-to-date information on the status of shipping.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Please contact our support team. If the username is not already in use or a violation of our terms of use we'll be happy to make the change.
(Please do not delete your account in order to change a username. It will be a huge hassle for you! When an account is deleted we can not recover the account. You'll need to sign up with a new email address and the previous account information will be lost).
Can I have more then one Fanatics Live account?
No. Per our terms of use §5.2 (Account registration) "You agree that you shall not have more than one Account at any time."
Do I need a Fanatics Live account to participate on Fanatics Live?
Yes, you’ll need to be signed in before you can interact with a Fanatics Live event.
(Currently, only users registered in the US can participate).
