Cancellation
We do not refund because of Buyer’s regret. It is at the Seller's sole discretion to confirm or deny any cancellation requests. If the Seller denies the request, the sale is final.
Shipping
Collectors are responsible for base shipping rates as set by the seller at the time of check out. For breaks, this covers all USPS Ground Advantage shipments and additional $.50 charges. Any additional shipping charges (ie: use of priority mail, additional insurance) will be reconciled at the end of each month and invoiced by Fanatics Live to sellers directly.

- Orders marked Delivered but collector says not received:
- If an order is delivered by the shipping company but the collector says they have not received it, either the collector or seller must file a claim with the shipping company. Every shipping platform has a claim filing process on line, which can be filed by the recipient or the shipper. Please ensure you have proof a claim was filed before reaching out to the seller.

Shipping (Fanatics Authentic)
Items will ship within 3-5 business days of the sale.
Shipping (WWE)
Live shows on Fanatics are held around the country at WWE events, items may take up 3 weeks after the purchase to ship. WWE sends all purchases to Florida to be authenticated and re-packaged before they are shipped out to collectors.
Changing the Shipping Address
Once an order has been placed there is not a way to change the shipping address.
Tracking
Fans should receive the tracking information via email once an order ships. Tracking can also be found in the App and at Fanatics.live, on the Manage account page. Click Purchases:
On the right side of each order, click the three dots.
Details about the order, including tracking will display.
