Collectors are responsible for base shipping rates as set by the seller at the time of check out. For breaks, this covers all USPS Ground Advantage shipments and additional $.50 charges. - If an order is delivered by the shipping company but the collector says they have not received it, either the collector or seller must file a claim with the shipping company.
