Fanatics Live permits Sellers to run giveaways on our platform subject to this Giveaway Policy and our Terms of Use. Fanatics Live may occasionally run its own giveaways to engage with our community and express our appreciation for their support. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern all giveaways to ensure fairness, transparency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By running a giveaway as a Seller or participating in a giveaway, you agree to adhere to the following:
- Eligibility

- A participant must be present in the live stream to enter a giveaway.

- The prize offered in giveaways should be clearly described in each giveaway announcement, including any limitations, restrictions or additional costs associated with the prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless explicitly stated.
- Winner Selection and Notification
- Giveaway announcements should specify the method of winner selection and notification. If a particular giveaway requires a potential winner to respond within a particular timeframe to claim the prize, failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner be selected.
- Winners should be selected at random or through a fair and impartial process.
- Compliance laws and Regulation
- Participants and Sellers running giveaways are each solely responsible for their compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in running the giveaway or participating. Fanatics Live is not a sponsor of, and will not be responsible for, any giveaway not run directly by Fanatics Live.
- Failure to comply with applicable laws, rules, or regulations regarding giveaways or an fraudulent, deceptive or unethical practices in connection with the giveaway may result in disqualification and other consequences.
- Modification or Termination
- Fanatics Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway at any time, for any reason, without notice.
By participating in giveaways, you acknowledge and agree that Fanatics Live and its partners and affiliates are not responsible for taxes, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries from or in connection to the giveaway.
