Can I change my username?

You currently can not self-service changing the username.  Please reach out to support@fanatics.live to see if a username change is possible.

Can I delete my account and create a new one (to update the username)?

We advise against this. 

1. We are not able to recover a deleted account, which means you will not be able to sign up using the same email address (from the deleted account).
2. The phone number used for verification will still be attached to the deleted account.  You'll need to contact support to have the phone number released.  
   
   

Can I have more then one account?

Per our terms of use §5.2 (Account registration)  "You agree that you shall not have more than one Account at any time."

What happens if I create more then one account?

If you create more then one account at a time, you have violated terms of use §5.2 (Account registration).  Fanatics Live will ban any extra accounts and the user may be subject to temporary or permanent ban from the platform.  A user is subject to permanent ban if by creating these multiple accounts they have violated §6.1 (Cheating and Hacking).
