Fanatics.Live FanCash Policy

Introduction. This FanCash Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of FanCash on the Fanatics.Live platform (“Platform”). By signing up to participate in the FanCash program and/or by using FanCash on Fanatics.Live, you agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as the Fanatics.Live Terms of Use, including the mandatory arbitration agreement contained therein, Collector Guidelines, and any other applicable policies or terms.

 

  1. Earning FanCash. At this time, you cannot earn FanCash through any activity on the Platform. FanCash earned through other Fanatics properties (e.g., Fanatics.com) may be eligible for use on Fanatics.Live, subject to this Policy.

  2. Redeeming FanCash.
  • Usage: If you have FanCash in your account, it may be eligible for use toward purchases on Fanatics.Live, as permitted by the Platform.
  • Restrictions: FanCash may not be applied toward taxes, shipping, handling fees, or other charges unless expressly allowed.
  • Expiration: FanCash is subject to expiration rules established by the FanCash program. Please refer to the Fanatics FanCash Policy for general expiration terms, which continue to apply unless otherwise specified.

     3. Account Requirements.

  • Eligibility: You must have an active Fanatics account and be enrolled in the FanCash program to use FanCash on the Platform.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity associated with your account, including any FanCash redemptions.

 

     4. Changes and Termination.

  • Modifications: Fanatics Live reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
  • Termination: Fanatics Live may suspend or discontinue FanCash usage on the Platform at any time, and any unused FanCash may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and applicable policies.

 

      5. Fraud and Misuse.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Any suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behavior related to FanCash may result in loss of FanCash, account suspension, or other remedial actions.
  • Monitoring: Fanatics Live reserves the right to audit FanCash usage and take any appropriate action in response to violations of this Policy.
