What is an Instant Rip?

Instant Rip is a new way to experience sports cards in real time. Instead of waiting for a physical pack to arrive, you purchase a pack through a live stream on Fanatics Live and see the card revealed instantly. Each pack includes a single, authenticated, and graded card that’s securely stored in the Fanatics Collect vault.

How does it work?

1. Buy a Pack: Purchase an Instant Rip pack during a Fanatics Live stream.
2. Live Reveal: The card is opened and revealed instantly during the stream.
3. Vault Storage: The physical card is securely stored in the Fanatics Collect vault.
4. Choose What’s Next: Keep it in your collection, list it for sale on the Fanatics Collect marketplace, or request to have it shipped to you.
5. Get Instant Credits (Optional): You can choose to receive 90% of the card’s market value in credits within 48 hours, usable for future purchases.

Where does my card go after it’s revealed?

Once revealed, your card is instantly added to your Collection in Fanatics Collect. From there, you can view it, list it for sale, or request shipping. Your Collection is accessible under your Fanatics Live profile.

Do I need a Fanatics Collect account?

Yes, but if you don’t already have one, we’ll create it for you automatically so your card can be stored and accessed right away.

How long is the Instant Credits offer available?

You’ll have 48 hours to accept the offer. After that, it expires and is no longer available.

How is my card’s value determined for Instant Credits?

Instant Credit values are based on recent sales comps of similar cards. This ensures a fair, market-based valuation.

Are Instant Rip cards authenticated?

Yes. Every card in an Instant Rip pack is authenticated, graded, and verified before being offered.
